This service will replace your exterior Garden hose Faucet. (Hose Bib) A technician will arrive at the scheduled time to perform the above service. Hose bibs can be a quick and painless replacement at times when the house was plumbed with pex pipe and a service loop was provided. BUT in most cases a 12'“x12” hole is required to be cut in the sheet rock for the replacement. At this time we can either fill the hole with a access panel or have the sheet rock repaired. If a access panel is chosen $500 will be discounted from the final bill. C&S will have the sheet rock patched and textured but painting will be the Homeowners responsibility.
